Job Description


We are actively seeking a Marketing Associate in New York City to play an integral role in our client\'s operations. This position will offer a remote work arrangement.

Responsibilities:

Function as a project manager for the creation of marketing materials, new business presentations, and team collateral, fostering collaboration among transaction teams, clients, vendors, and internal resources.

Conduct research and craft compelling copy for pitch decks, offering memorandums, and additional marketing materials, encompassing property, economic, and market insights.

Keep track of, maintain, and internally circulate a list of comparable transactions, qualifications, and market updates in the designated market area, with a distinct emphasis on the client\'s market

Undertake market research and data analysis to underpin asset positioning and marketing strategies.

Bridge the gap between transaction and creative teams, supervising design processes, enhancing efficiency, and overseeing all aspects of the marketing workflow.

Integrate seamlessly into the global marketing team, participating in select firm-wide initiatives, meetings, and research undertakings.

Collaborate with external vendors on marketing components, including photography, maps, and market reports.

Uphold the accuracy of all marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand standards and maintaining rigorous quality control.

Organize and manage team files for projects, market reports, and other relevant materials.

Operate with efficiency and proactivity to expedite the marketing process effectively.

Pursue cross-training in alternate asset classes and specialized areas as deemed necessary.

Requirements:

Bachelor\'s degree, preferably in Communications, Marketing, Management, Finance, or a related field.

Working in a marketing role (events, publishing, or training background is a plus but not a must

Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communication, accompanied by verified technical copywriting capabilities.

Expertise in Microsoft Office, supplemented by robust technical skills.

Ability to consistently generate high-caliber work within challenging timeframes.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects while prioritizing tasks in alignment with agreed-upon deadlines.

Keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Personable demeanor with a capacity to interact effectively with peers, clients, and vendors.

Energetic self-starter exhibiting flexibility, organization, proactivity, attention to detail, and a commitment to meeting deadlines.

An inclination to thrive within a demanding, highly focused, and collaborative team environment.

Comp: $80,000-$140,000 (base, depending on experience)
