Hours: 32 hours/week

About the Job
Carver Road Hospitality is seeking an in-person, part-time Marketing Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a confident, organized, highly ambitious individual who is passionate about hospitality and has a knack for social media. This role encompasses marketing initiatives for Rosevale Kitchen, Rosevale Cocktail Room and Starchild Rooftop Bar & Lounge.

The Marketing Associate will report to the Assistant Director of Marketing. This role will include 3 days in the office (10:30 AM \xe2\x80\x93 6:30 PM) and 1 night per week at the venues (8:00 PM \xe2\x80\x93 late).

Key Responsibilities

• Organization and Communication

• Maintain the events calendar, entertainment schedules, and website calendars.
• Maintain organization of internal shared drives.
• Execute and optimize regular communication between marketing, operations, hotel, PR, social and other stakeholders.
• Public-Facing Platforms

• Conduct regular reviews of our websites and coordinate edits.
• Conduct regular reviews of reservation platforms and other third-party platforms.
• Conduct regular reviews of social media platforms.
• Assist in building out new platform profiles.
• Creative Production

• Coordinate production and distribution of social media assets.
• Assist in the brainstorming, development and execution of concept parties and other marketing initiatives.
• Assist in social media strategy and execution (produce shot lists, review content calendars, attend and assist with photoshoots).
• Creation and distribution of regular newsletters.
• Provide support through day-to-day housekeeping and promotional work.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

• Able to identify and solve problems effectively without being asked.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiar with social media platforms and content creation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related applications.
