Supports the marketing team with developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns, maintaining databases, processing documents through regulatory and preparing reports; this includes working with creative agencies on literature, digital programs, SOWs, and resales-related conferences/meetings. Directs all marketing materials through both operations and the Promotional Review Process (PRC). Acts as the resident subject matter expert (SME) for PepperFlow, the digital system for promotional material review. Manages the customer relationship for government and non-profit entities with our 3PL provider and the KloxxadoDirect procurement channel. Responsibilities
Oversees and manages the Promotional Review Process \xe2\x80\x93 acting as lead liaison between marketing, regulatory, medical affairs, and legal functions. Includes working with internal and external partners.
Manages the relationship between government and non-profit entities and the Hikma Specialty 3PL provider to ensure smooth customer set-up, procurement, and acceptable service levels. Includes managing the process through the KloxxadoDirect procurement channel.
Manages marketing and promotional activities for the Hikma Specialty mature products (Mitigare\xc2\xae and colchicine).
Manages the establishment and maintenance of Hikma Specialty pharmaceutical distribution licenses in all 50 states.
Identifies and oversees tasks associated with events/trade shows: maintains promotional materials inventory, plans meetings and trade shows including event production through booth scheduling and shipping, coordinates collateral and premium ordering, and monitors budget spends.
Manages all invoicing, purchasing requisitions, vendor set-up, payment processing, and other accounting needs as necessary for the success of the business
Qualifications
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing or related field with at least 2 years of marketing or related customer service experience or;
High School Diploma/GED with at least 4 years of marketing or related customer service experience
CRM & SAP system experience preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
Self-motivated, excellent communication, ability to learn new processes quickly and identify and implement process improvements.
Ability to adapt to changing work priorities.
Ability to maintain good working relationships while dealing appropriately with sensitive and confidential matters and with a wide variety of personal contacts; ability to work collaboratively, be respectful, and ethical.
Extremely organized, detail oriented, ability to work efficiently, meet deadlines and deliver on commitments.
