Job Summary


We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in executing various digital and traditional marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will assist in creating compelling content, managing social media platforms, analyzing campaign performance, and supporting overall marketing initiatives. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic marketing environment, working across multiple channels including SEO, social media marketing, email campaigns, and more. The Marketing Assistant will play a key role in enhancing brand visibility and driving engagement through innovative marketing tactics.

Responsibilities



Develop and implement content marketing strategies aligned with company goals, including blog posts, social media content, and email newsletters. Manage and optimize social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter to increase audience engagement. Assist in executing multichannel marketing campaigns across digital platforms, print advertising, and e-commerce channels. Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to inform marketing strategies. Support advertising sales efforts by creating compelling ad copy and assisting with campaign setup using Google AdWords and Facebook Advertising tools. Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to produce visual content for campaigns, presentations, and promotional materials. Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility using WordPress, HTML, and other relevant tools. Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools; prepare reports to measure effectiveness and ROI. Support product management initiatives by coordinating promotional activities and managing content updates on websites built with WordPress. Assist with budgeting activities related to marketing campaigns and track expenses to ensure efficient use of resources. Contribute to the development of B2B marketing strategies aimed at strengthening business relationships and expanding market reach.

Requirements



Proven experience or strong familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and marketing automation platforms. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for content creation. Knowledge of SEO best practices, HTML coding basics, WordPress management, and e-commerce platforms is highly desirable. Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging content tailored for different audiences. Experience with social media marketing across multiple channels including paid advertising campaigns. Ability to analyze data from various sources to optimize campaigns and report on performance metrics effectively. Excellent research skills combined with a creative mindset for developing innovative marketing strategies. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. A background or interest in B2B marketing, performance marketing, or product management is a plus. Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field preferred but not required. Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
