Siano Mozzarella is a family-owned Italian cheese company based in Harrisburg, NC, specializing in fresh, handcrafted products like burrata, fior di latte, and truffle-infused mozzarella. We supply high-end restaurants and are expanding our direct-to-consumer e-commerce presence.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various marketing initiatives, contributing to the growth of our brand, and enhancing our online presence. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the marketing field, particularly in areas such as digital marketing, e-commerce, and performance marketing.

You'll be working directly from our office and production space in Harrisburg. You'll have access to products for photography/content, and help us better showcase what makes Siano special.

Duties

Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, like Facebook ads, Support e-commerce initiatives by managing product listings, optimizing content for SEO, and analyzing performance metrics. Collaborate to create engaging content for social media platforms and email newsletters. Write and schedule Instagram/Facebook/email content Photograph products for social media or promotions (smartphone is fine!) Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve campaign effectiveness. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences. Assist in managing advertising sales efforts by coordinating with external partners and vendors. Participate in product management activities by providing feedback on product features based on market analysis. Monitor Shopify, Meta Ads Manager, and other tools to track results

Skills

Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, performance marketing, and analytics. Experienced in Meta Ads and Google ads Familiarity with Shopify E-commerce platform. Experience with marketing automation tools . Proficiency in using Google Analytics for data analysis and reporting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously. A proactive attitude towards learning new skills related to advertising sales and market trends. Positive attitude and interest in food/e-commerce
