Marketing Assistant - Business Development (HubSpot Specialist-MUST HAVE)

Role Overview
As our Marketing Assistant focused on business development, you will:
Manage and optimize our HubSpot instance--lead capture, contact management, segmentation, workflows, reporting.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to generate and nurture pipeline opportunities.
Develop and execute campaigns (email, inbound, outbound) to support business development goals.
Monitor, analyze and report on key metrics (lead volume, conversion rates, campaign performance).
Assist with CRM data hygiene, maintaining accurate records and facilitating automated processes.
Support marketing content creation and distribution (e.g., landing pages, email templates, social posts) aligned with business-development priorities.
Help coordinate events/trade shows or webinars, and follow up with leads to drive next-step engagement.
Required Qualifications
Minimum
of
3 years of hands-on experience
using
HubSpot
for marketing + business development functions (e.g., workflows, reporting, CRM integration).
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
Strong understanding of inbound marketing, lead generation and CRM processes.
Excellent analytical skills--able to interpret data, generate insights, and recommend actions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable working cross-functionally with sales and marketing.
Detail-oriented, organized, able to manage multiple tasks/campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning new tools quickly.
Preferred Qualities
HubSpot certification(s).
Experience with marketing automation and integration between HubSpot and other tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zapier).
Prior experience supporting business development or sales-enablement teams.
Prior experience in [industry type/sector] is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range:
$55,000 - $65,000 per year
, commensurate with experience and skill level.
