Position: Home Health Care Marketer (Skilled Nursing & Business Development)

Location: Northern Virginia (Fairfax, Loudoun, Prince William, Arlington, Alexandria)

Schedule: Full?time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday

Compensation:

Base Salary

: $60,000-$75,000 (depending on experience) Commission: Competitive, performance?based commission tied to referral volume and revenue growth

We are expanding our footprint and seeking a dynamic marketer with a strong business portfolio and established relationships in the healthcare community.

Position Summary

The Home Health Care Marketer is responsible for driving referral growth, building strategic partnerships, and representing the agency within the Northern Virginia healthcare market. This role requires a polished communicator with proven experience in skilled home health marketing and the ability to cultivate long?term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Marketing

Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase skilled nursing and therapy referrals. Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, SNFs, ALFs, physician offices, case managers, discharge planners, and community partners. Present the agency's services professionally to referral sources and community organizations. Identify new business opportunities and maintain a robust referral pipeline.

Portfolio & Territory Management

Manage an active business portfolio across Northern Virginia. Track referral trends, market activity, and competitive insights. Maintain accurate documentation of outreach activities and referral outcomes.

Collaboration & Communication

Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new patients. Participate in weekly leadership meetings to review goals, performance, and strategy. Represent the agency at community events, health fairs, and professional networking functions.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of marketing experience in skilled home health care (required). Established referral relationships in Northern Virginia strongly preferred. Strong understanding of Medicare home health regulations and service lines. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship?building skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for field visits.
