The Role
We are hiring a
Marketing Analytics & CRM Specialist
who lives in the world of
GA4 and HubSpot.
Someone who understands the full marketing and sales journey and can build clear, accurate, trustworthy reporting systems that actually tell the truth.
This is a hands-on role. You will audit data tracking, fix broken analytics, build reporting systems, and connect data between GA4 and HubSpot to tell the full story--from acquisition to revenue. You will support internal strategy and occasionally join client calls to translate performance into simple, honest insights that drive action.

Responsibilities
Data Integrity & Analytics
Audit GA4 setups for accuracy, event tracking, attribution, and conversion integrity
Implement tracking using Google Tag Manager
Diagnose and fix broken analytics implementations
Ensure data continuity across website, ads, CRM, and lead sources
HubSpot Ownership
Manage HubSpot portals (marketing + sales hubs)
Build automation workflows, lifecycle stages, and reporting dashboards
Maintain CRM hygiene, deal pipelines, and data structure
Optimize lead routing, attribution, and tracking
Manage HubSpot partner account requirements and certifications
Reporting & Dashboards
Build dashboards in Looker Studio and HubSpot
Connect GA4 + HubSpot for full-funnel performance views
Develop reporting frameworks for key KPIs (leads, MQLs/SQLs, revenue attribution, channel performance)
Maintain standardized reporting across clients and internal accounts
Insights & Strategy
Analyze trends and performance across channels
Translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations
Support internal team strategy with accurate data
Occasionally join client strategy calls to present findings

Qualifications
3+ years working in marketing analytics or CRM data roles
Strong, hands-on GA4 experience including setup and auditing
Proficient with Google Tag Manager
HubSpot expertise required (Marketing & Sales Hub experience)
Experience building marketing and sales dashboards (Looker Studio, HubSpot)
Strong understanding of UTM strategy and attribution
Excellent communicator; able to simplify complex data
Agency or multi-client experience a plus
Compensation & Details
Hourly pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Contract role.
Mostly remote, with some hybrid/in-person collaboration required.
