Job Summary: The Marketing Administrative Assistant is an entry-level position providing administrative support to one or more individuals in the Marketing Department. Duties/ Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls, emails, and other information requests, both internally and externally
May make basic arrangements for meetings and conferences
Collect information from files or staff for routine inquiries and reports
Responsible for related clerical duties such as processing incoming mail, maintaining marketing supplies, operating office machines, and filing and retrieving information
Coordinate the licensing process for new agents
Prepare weekly newsletters
Adhere to strict brand campaign guidelines.
Engage with agents for company recognition and actively work with agents pending business
Creates and executes social media campaigns as directed by Marketing director and/or President.

Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
Microsoft Word and/or Publisher experience
Life insurance license, or ability to obtain within reasonable time
