Job Description

A rehabilitation and healthcare group is seeking an experienced Marketer / Hospital Liaison to strengthen and grow their referral network. The ideal candidate will have existing relationships with local hospitals, and a strong understanding of healthcare referral processes.



Responsibilities:



Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, discharge planners, and other referral sources

Serve as the primary liaison between hospital partners and our rehab/healthcare facilities

Conduct regular onsite hospital visits to promote services and support referral needs

Identify new referral opportunities and develop strategies to increase census and market presence

Communicate patient needs, referral updates, and service capabilities clearly and professionally

Track and report on referral trends, outreach activities, and market performance

Represent the organization positively and professionally within the community



Requirements:



Prior experience in healthcare marketing, hospital liaison work, or related roles

Existing relationships with hospitals Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills

Knowledge of post-acute care, rehab services, and hospital discharge processes

Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

$80K
