Summary

We are seeking a talented Marketer to join our team at Grand Haven Retirement. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that promote our retirement community and attract new residents. Your contributions will play a vital role in enhancing our brand visibility and supporting our mission.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, and print. Achieve and maintain high occupancy through marketing, touring units, following up with prospects, creating a waiting list, etc. Create engaging content that resonates with potential residents and their families. Analyze market trends and performance metrics to optimize marketing strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding. Manage advertising budgets and track campaign performance to ensure ROI. Conduct research to identify target demographics and improve outreach efforts. Coordinate with the Manager and Nursing Department a schedule for assessments and move-ins. Comply will all regulations as they apply to our assisted living certification. Be prompt and courteous in responding to all incoming calls, emails, etc. Conduct Move-In paperwork will all incoming residents and their families.

Requirements

Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the senior living or healthcare industry. Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including social media and content marketing. Excellent analytical skills to assess campaign performance and market trends. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple projects.
