The Role
As a Market Insights Analyst , you'll be a key member of the Insights team within the Commercial organization. You'll transform complex datasets into clear narratives that uncover growth opportunities, inform strategy, and optimize execution across retailers and categories.
Here's What You'll Do
Analyze retail, POS, and syndicated data to explain business performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and recurring reports for category and sales teams.
Partner with Sales Strategy & Analytics, Marketing, and Category teams to evaluate pricing, promotion, and distribution performance.
Synthesize multiple data sources (retailer, syndicated, internal) into cohesive and actionable insights.
Support predictive and diagnostic analysis in collaboration with the Data Science team.
Deliver executive-ready summaries and visualizations that translate data into clear business stories.
Leverage insights and ai models from Data Science to forecast specific segments of business and evaluate existing forecasts.
Here's What You'll Bring
2-4 years of experience in business or commercial analytics (CPG, retail, or e-commerce preferred).
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Power BI required.
Familiarity with POS and syndicated data (Amazon, Nielsen, Circana).
Strong analytical and storytelling skills; able to connect data to commercial outcomes.
Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Marketing Analytics, or related field.
