Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Marine Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that boats are cleaned, polished, and maintained to the highest standards. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and an eye for detail, as you will be working directly with clients to enhance their boat's appearance.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of vessels, both interior and exterior, including vacuuming, washing, waxing, and buffing surfaces. Conduct detailed inspections of boats to identify areas needing special attention or repair. Maintain cleanliness of the work area and ensure all tools and equipment are properly stored after use. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with the detailing services provided. Drive vehicles safely within the premises for cleaning and maintenance purposes. Collaborate with team members to achieve daily goals and maintain a positive work environment.

Experience

Previous experience in automotive or marine detailing or a related field is preferred but not required. Skills in buffing, car washing, custodial tasks, and general vehicle maintenance are highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. A valid driver's license is required to operate various vehicles safely. Attention to detail is essential for ensuring high-quality results in all aspects of vehicle cleaning and maintenance.
