This role involves overseeing pile-driving, bulkhead work, dredging, and boardwalk construction. Responsibilities

Lead and supervise marine construction teams on pile-driving, dredging, bulkhead, and boardwalk projects. Plan, coordinate, and schedule daily site tasks to meet project goals. Maintain strict adherence to safety requirements through meetings, reviews, and inspections. Communicate updates with clients and management during walkthroughs. Prepare RFIs, change orders, and schedule adjustments as needed. Oversee materials, subcontractors, and maintenance, ensuring efficient workflow. Contribute hands-on support when necessary to keep crews productive. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, keeping them profitable and on time.

Qualifications

5+ years in marine or heavy civil construction (pile-driving, bulkheads, dredging, etc.). Demonstrated ability to lead crews and enforce safety standards. Skilled at reading blueprints and specifications. Strong organizational, planning, and communication abilities. Physically capable of performing field tasks when required. Self-motivated, energetic, and solution-focused. Valid Driver's License required. TWIC card required (or ability to obtain). NCCCO Crane Operator certification preferred, but not required. High School Diploma or GED required.

Work Schedule

Monday-Friday, with occasional weekends/overtime 45-60 hours per week (weather and project phase dependent)
