We are hiring an entry- to mid-level

Marble Restoration Technician

to join our growing specialty cleaning and restoration team. If you've worked with natural stone surfaces like marble, travertine, or limestone--especially in high-end residential or commercial settings--we want to hear from you.

We're ideally looking for someone who is comfortable with polishing, sealing, and

minor chip repair work

. You don't need to be an expert, but some experience filling small chips or edge damage with epoxy or resin color-matching is a big plus.

What You'll Do

Perform cleaning, honing, and polishing on marble floors, countertops, and shower walls Use industry tools like planetary machines, hand polishers, and vacuum systems Apply sealers and surface protectants with precision Assist with minor chip and edge repairs using filler and light color-matching Identify surface issues like etching, scratching, and dullness and recommend/execute proper treatment Maintain a clean, professional job site and handle equipment with care Communicate clearly with supervisors and clients

Requirements

1+ year of hands-on experience

in marble or natural stone restoration Familiarity with tools like swing machines, polishers, and stone-specific compounds Basic experience with small chip or edge repair preferred Comfortable working independently or with a team Able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor Must pass background check and drug screening

Bilingual-speaking (English and Spanish) a plus

Must be reliable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented

Preferred but not required

Driver's License Some English preferred, but if not fluent that is OK if you're comfortable using Google Translate Knowledge of grout color-matching or epoxy repairs
