$75,000-$90,000 / year

About the Role

A growing manufacturing facility is looking for a

Manufacturing Technician

with strong hands-on skills in areas such as

injection molding, LSR molding, rubber molding, CNC machining, automation systems, Lean/CI methods, and technical documentation

. This role supports process development, equipment troubleshooting, and continuous improvement across production operations.

What You'll Do

------------------


Support production processes and equipment to meet

quality, throughput, and uptime

targets Use problem-solving tools (

DMAIC, 8D, A3

) to troubleshoot defects and improve performance Participate in

Lean/Continuous Improvement

efforts including 5S and kaizen Read and interpret

engineering drawings, specifications, SOPs, and Work Instructions

Create, update, and maintain

technical documentation

(SOPs, WIs, process updates) Train operators on correct procedures and safe operation of equipment Support

injection molding, LSR/rubber molding, CNC equipment, or automation systems

depending on experience Review new designs for manufacturability and assist with quoting and job planning Conduct

process and cost analysis

to identify improvement opportunities Balance urgent troubleshooting with long-term project work in a fast-paced environment

What You Need

5+ years

as a Manufacturing Technician, Engineering Technician, or related manufacturing role Strong experience in

fast-paced production environments

Ability to interpret

drawings, specs, and technical documentation

Experience with

continuous improvement

, documentation, and hands-on troubleshooting Strong communication skills; able to support production, quality, and engineering teams Self-directed, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
