Job Summary:



The Manufacturing Technician I is an entry-level, cross-trained role responsible for supporting all areas of 3DEO's additive manufacturing process. Technicians rotate across functions -- including printing, powder handling, cleaning, sintering, post-processing, and quality control -- to ensure smooth production flow. This position is fully on-site and requires attention to detail, technical aptitude, and the ability to follow precise manufacturing procedures while maintaining company safety, quality, and efficiency standards.

Essential Functions:



Operate, monitor, and maintain equipment across multiple production areas (printing, powder handling, sintering, post-processing, and QC). Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and compliance. Handle raw materials and finished parts safely, including preparation, transfer, and storage. Perform routine preventive maintenance and cleaning of equipment. Conduct in-process and final quality checks to confirm parts meet specifications. Accurately record production data in company systems (MRP, logs, checklists, etc.). Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in line with 5S/Lean practices. Support continuous improvement projects and assist with cross-functional initiatives as needed.

Required Skills/Abilities:



0-2 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or a related technical role. Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment and processes. High attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong communication skills and a positive, collaborative attitude. Eligible to work in the United States. Exposure to additive manufacturing, machining, or materials processing is a plus. Technical school, skilled trades training, or equivalent hands-on experience is beneficial.

Education and Experience:



High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional technical training is a plus.

Physical Requirements:



Ability to stand, walk, and operate equipment for extended periods. Comfortable wearing PPE, including respirators, as required. Able to lift, move, and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly. Manual dexterity for handling small parts and precision tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
