Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor


Location: Little Rock, Arkansas



Job Summary:



Responsibilities require candidate to be a team leader in the shift when their crew installs, troubleshoots and repairs plant equipment. They will work on the machinery as well as building (such as door, HVAC, rooftop fans) as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Reporting relationships, work assignments, and work schedules may be subject to change in order to meet company needs and business requirements.

Successfully implementing maintenance activity in the shift and performing routine inspections with the help of millwrights. Plan the job for millwrights on the shift. Ensure the maintenance work quality to be performed by the millwrights. Ensure housekeeping is maintained & spare availability in shop floor. Inform critical spares to planner / maintenance head on a daily basis. Training of engineers and technicians related to maintenance techniques, Job Safety Analysis, & Lockout/Tagout, etc. Execute up gradation project of the equipment for de-bottle necking the process. Report the breakdown analysis to the head of mechanical maintenance and suggest the modification of reduced down time of equipment. Implementation of SAP Implement OSHA standards in work culture to achieve zero recordable injury. Report of planned job status to maintenance head. Ensure the machine drawings, spare parts, tools, & PPE are available on the shop floor. Formulate and coordinate program specifications, requirements for proposals and contracts, and associated documents. Coordinate with production supervisor to maintain the condition of pipe manufacturing equipment. Plan the breakdown, preventive and shutdown job execution. Ensure the millwright attendance and their schedule. Perform the tool box meeting Other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities:



Directly supervises millwrights on the shift. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education and/or Experience:



Bachelor Degree or Associate Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. With four to five years hands on experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $72,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
