Ensure customer parts are accurately picked, packed, labeled, and processed per specifications.
Pick orders according to route number and scheduled ship date/time.
Assist Supervisor in maintaining and transferring part locations.
Follow Kanban systems generated by the shipping office.
Load trucks and assist with organizing shipments, including late orders and Saturday overtime coverage.
Utilize RFGen scanners for generating labels, scanning tickets, transferring inventory, and performing cycle counts.
Communicate effectively with office staff and material handlers to ensure shipment accuracy.
Sort and distribute daily Kanbans and shipping paperwork.
Conduct audits and support physical inventory counts and reconciliations.
Train new material handlers on daily tasks and warehouse processes.
Cross-train in Raw Materials, Toyota Shipping, Receiving (FG & RM), and Tier II shipping.
Monitor and refill forklift battery water levels.
Follow all safety protocols as required.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
1-2 years of manufacturing and supervisory experience.
Skills & Certifications
Ability to operate hand jacks, balers, scales, measuring tools, office equipment, and production machinery.
NA-LX forklift license required.
Ability to operate aerial lifts.
First Responder training (First Aid, CPR, AED) preferred.
Valid driver's license required.
OSHA 10-hour certification preferred.
Proficiency in Office 365.
Experience with RF scanners and JDE.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
