Duties

Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime. Provide training and mentorship to team members, fostering skill development and professional growth. Communicate effectively with management regarding operational issues, staffing needs, and project updates.

Qualifications

Proven experience in manufacturing or production supervision, preferably within a fast-paced industrial environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in manufacturing settings. Ability to read and interpret technical documents, schematics, or work instructions. Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing. High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications are advantageous.
