Job Summary


We are a small but fast growing CNC Machine Shop focusing on rapid prototyping, small job run, and engineering services in multiple industries. We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Manufacturing Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This position can be full-time, part-time, or contract. We offer competitive base + commission compensation structure. We welcome people with strong technical background and would like to pivot into Commercial, or anyone who would like to contribute their expertise for a passive income

Duties



Actively pursue new business opportunities through strategic lead generation, cold calling, and networking within assigned territories. Manage and grow existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service, understanding client needs, and offering value added solutions. Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to showcase features and benefits tailored to client requirements. Utilize CRM software such as Zoho or Salesforce.com to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement. Collaborate with leadership team to develop targeted campaigns that support business development efforts. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status for accurate forecasting and reporting. Provide ongoing customer support post-sale to ensure satisfaction, foster loyalty, and facilitate repeat business. Participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate new leads.

Qualifications



Experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales within CNC Machining or other manufacturing related industries. Experience in Industrial, Firearms, or Medical Device industries are preferred Demonstrated success in business development, account management, and direct sales strategies. Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering background are preferred Exceptional communication skills--both verbal and written--to foster relationships with clients at all levels. Experience with inside sales techniques such as cold calling and lead qualification.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $24,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week

Work Location: Remote
