THE WORK
As a Manufacturing Project Manager (MPM), your
work is central to our mission's success.

  • You help will lead a multi-site team, guiding them to achieve Production Operations objectives for one or more Undersea Warfare Programs.
  • This role includes overseeing different program
phases, from development to transition to production and executing production.
  • You will serve as the key interface between
Production Operations and the Lockheed Martin
program management Offices (PMOs).
  • Frequent collaboration with Technical Operations (engineering), Sourcing, Quality, Mission Success, and Finance teams will be integral to your work.
  • Your responsibilities will encompass leading shop floor execution and sell-off activities, managing program baseline plans, conducting capacity, resource, and staffing analyses, and serving as the Control Account Manager (CAM) for contract control accounts.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence peers both within and outside of Production Operations
  • Ability to drive team to implement solutions to

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate to team (touch
labor and support labor), peers and leaders
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and support multiple internal
efforts simultaneously.

Ability to work remotely
Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Security Clearance Information
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
