Job Overview

We are seeking reliable and motivated Production Operators to join our team in a food-grade facility. This role involves packaging bulk and pre-packaged food-grade materials for customer orders. No degree or diploma required - we provide short-term, on-the-job training! This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Package food-grade materials in bulk and individual formats Operate within OSHA, GMP, and company safety standards Perform routine physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 lbs.), bending, and twisting Safely operate forklifts for material handling within the production area. Safely operate a spotter vehicle (not required) Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas Accurately follow production instructions and documentation requirements Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance. Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols.
