Job Description

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Manufacturing Planner Senior to support our SOF GLSS Program. This program is critical to the success of US service men and women deployed throughout the world. Our mission is to rapidly and properly equip the SOF community and its war fighters with the best possible systems and equipment.

Performs the Make, Buy and / or Bill of Material (BOM) planning activities associated with Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) transactions. Maintains production systems integrity to drive inventory optimization to minimize cost. Expedites and optimizes material flow through the supply chain to meet customer requirements.

Perform the functions necessary to ensure deliverable kitting requirements are met.
Basic Qualifications:

• Capable of working independently in a high paced manufacturing environment
• Possess strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail oriented with ability to drive results while multitasking
• Experience with Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel

Desired Skills:

• Previous Production, Planning and Control (PP&C) and MRP experience
• SAP Experience

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
