Job Description

The Manufacturing Manager oversees resources to deliver quality products. They lead teams to meet goals in safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency across plastics and knits.
Responsibilities for the Manufacturing Manager are:

• Champion safety culture and employee engagement to eliminate injuries
• Ensure manufacturing performance, volume, and quality goals are met
• Develop strategic action plans and metrics to improve quality and delivery
• Mentor and lead associates with a hands-on approach
• Coordinate operational support groups for tactical and strategic planning
• Apply problem-solving skills to drive root cause identification and corrective actions
• Monitor capacity and proactively identify bottlenecks and resource gaps
• Manage labor flexibility and cross-training to support changing demands
• Present information and data effectively across all organizational levels
• Lead change management and improvement initiatives with employee engagement

A successful Manufacturing Manager, Plastics & Knits Value Streams should have:

• Bachelor's degree in business or technical discipline
• Supervisory experience in manufacturing
• Knowledge of Lean principles and strategy deployment
• Six Sigma certification
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and SPC programs
• Willingness to travel between NH locations as needed
