Job Description

Company in Ogden looking for a Depot Manager. Depot Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing facility to include the warehouse/distribution center. The Manager will partner with safety, quality, maintenance and supply chain in receiving and dispatching shipments, and stock control.

Manufacturing Manager Details:
  • Temp-to-Hire position
  • $30.00 /hour
  • Full Time work available
  • First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)
  • Leading and driving all operation activities to ensure consistent levels of production are achieved
  • Provide direction for the entire facility to ensure current and future success
  • Ensure the facility attains/exceeds key performance measures and maximizes profitability by developing and communicating clear expectations and providing required resources and guidance as necessary
  • Deliver cost and performance targets; complete projects & assignments on-time, and according to plan
  • Drives continuous improvements in key areas, such as: Safety, Quality, Productivity, Cost & Customer Service, while developing direct reports
Manufacturing Manager Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or 3-5 years equivalent work experience
  • Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal health and safety regulations
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office Programs
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
