Coordinate shift schedules, assign tasks, and monitor team performance to optimize workflow and productivity. Ensure adherence to all safety protocols by conducting regular safety briefings, inspections, and training sessions. Monitor manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement; implement lean manufacturing principles and best practices. Collaborate with quality assurance teams to uphold product specifications and resolve any quality issues promptly. Maintain accurate production records, shift reports, and incident logs; communicate effectively with management regarding operational status. Support onboarding and ongoing training of team members to enhance skills and promote professional development. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Proven experience in manufacturing or production environment with demonstrated leadership responsibilities. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, safety regulations, and quality standards relevant to the industry. Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate teams and resolve conflicts effectively. Ability to analyze operational data and implement process improvements confidently. Experience with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies is highly desirable. Prior experience supervising or leading teams in a fast-paced setting is preferred.
