We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking laborer to join our team. This role is physically demanding and requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks to support our manufacturing process. Pay rate is a starting rate, with minimum guaranteed increases on 1st and 2nd anniversaries.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites, including moving materials and equipment.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to team efforts to meet project deadlines.
- Perform general labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and loading materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on the job site.
- Communicate effectively with team members
- Reliable transportation to work and attendance at work are mandatory.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow directions accurately and work as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with supervisors and coworkers effectively.
- Attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks or project requirements as needed.
