Job Description

We're seeking an experienced

Maintenance Technician

to join our team and support production by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing

packaging and manufacturing equipment

. This role ensures our equipment runs safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime.

$24-$26/hr

3rd shift 10:30pm - 7pm

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on packaging machinery, conveyors, fillers, labelers, and related production equipment Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues Support setup, changeovers, and adjustments to meet production schedules Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records Work closely with production and engineering teams to identify and resolve recurring issues Follow all safety policies and maintain a clean, organized work area

Qualifications:

2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals Experience with PLCs, sensors, and automated equipment a plus Basic computer skills for maintenance tracking and reporting Willingness to work flexible hours or overtime as needed
