Job Description

This position manages the Manufacturing Engineering Department, directing projects and programs that enhance production efficiency and quality. The role involves approving specifications, troubleshooting production issues, and implementing innovative solutions to meet evolving market needs.
Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop the manufacturing engineering team.
  • Approve process specifications, drawings, and bills of materials.
  • Drive engineering changes and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot production and material issues with short- and long-term solutions.
  • Support tooling design and implementation.
  • Collaborate with sales and customers on manufacturability assessments.

Ideal Candidate:
  • B.S. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 3 years in engineering and 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and technical documentation.
  • U.S. Person status may be required due to facility work nature.
