We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to oversee and optimize production processes in the Aerospace/Defense sector. This role is based in New York and involves leading engineering teams to ensure operational efficiency and quality standards are met

• Align engineering initiatives with business goals and operational plans
• Oversee reviews of customer specifications and ensure manufacturability
• Lead capital projects including equipment upgrades and facility improvements
• Apply CAD/CAE tools to analyze processes and optimize layouts
• Define process capabilities, tolerances, and cycle times
• Drive cost-reduction and continuous improvement efforts, utilizing LEAN & Six Sigma methodologies
• Provide technical support across departments and to external stakeholders
• Mentor and develop engineering talent

• Base salary ranging from $130,000 to $145,000 USD, depending on experience.
• 5% annual bonus target based on site/personal performance.
