As a leader in our manufacturing engineering team, you?ll drive the design, development, and continuous improvement of machining, assembly, and finishing processes. You?ll own critical procedures and standards, support operations in maintaining and enhancing existing processes, and mentor a growing team of engineers. Working cross-functionally with design, program management, quality, and operations, you?ll play a key role in bringing new products to market and ensuring our manufacturing capabilities evolve to meet future demands.
About the Role
Engineer and launch new machining, assembly, and finishing processes that strengthen performance, reliability, and efficiency.
Lead Process FMEA and risk mitigation efforts, ensuring new manufacturing processes are robust and production ready.
Own the development and improvement of procedures, standards, and documentation that support quality execution across all engineering and production processes.
Collaborate closely with design, operations, sales, and program management teams to support product development and new product introductions.
Champion continuous improvement by documenting, tracking, and driving closure on process issues, while preparing reports and clear communication to stakeholders.
Partner with suppliers to source equipment and tooling, supporting negotiations, specifications, and standards for CNC, PLC, and tooling design.
