Job Description

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you'll provide technical support across manufacturing processes, inspections, and maintenance. You'll lead initiatives to resolve production issues, improve efficiency, and implement Lean practices.
The Manufacturing Engineer will report into the Engineering Manager and be responsible for:

  • Provide daily engineering support to manufacturing operations.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
  • Design and improve tooling, fixtures, and equipment.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on process improvements.
  • Support capital projects and Lean/6S initiatives.
  • Lead data-driven experiments and analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards.

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and industrial standards.
  • Experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
