Job Description

The Manufacturing Engineer focuses on improving assembly processes, reducing bottlenecks, and implementing lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency and throughput within every and all projects.. The position also involves designing tooling, supporting new product development, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
The Manufacturing Engineer will analyze and optimize assembly processes, implement lean methodologies, and support day-to-day production operations. This position requires hands-on involvement in tooling design, workflow improvements, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and cost-effective product delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

• Improve assembly processes and eliminate bottlenecks.
• Design and implement tooling and fixtures for efficient production.
• Support new product development and enhance manufacturability.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing engineering, with experience in process optimization and lean principles. They should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and lean manufacturing concepts.
