Job Description

The Manufacturing Engineer will play a critical role in optimizing processes and ensuring the efficient operation of a CNC machine shop. This position involves hands-on problem-solving and collaboration to maintain high-quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and quality in CNC machine shop operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and reduce production costs.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for manufacturing procedures and workflows.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CNC machines and related equipment.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and recommend actionable solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
• Train and mentor team members on best practices and new technologies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall operational performance.

• A background in engineering or a related field, with a focus on manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in CNC programming and machining techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach.

• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams.
• The ability to analyze data and implement effective solutions.

• Base salary $95,000 - $115,000 Depending on Experience
