Job Description

This Manufacturing Engineer role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency within a well-established organization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in optimizing production processes and ensuring quality standards within the business services industry.

• Develop job routings for custom engineered products
• Develop CNC programs for new product runs
• Create BOMs, handle ECOs, and create SOPs for production staff
• Interact with clients to understand custom order specifications
• Design fixtures and jigs to support manufacturing processes

A successful Manufacturing Engineer should have:

• 3+ years of manufacturing experience
• Hands-on setup, troubleshooting, and programming experience with CNC equipment
• Strong technical understanding of GD&T principles
• Bachelors Degree in engineering related field
• Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks)

• Base salary up to $105,000 based on experience
