Responsibilities

Develop and maintain purchasing plans to support production schedules and inventory levels.
Collaborate with production teams to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
Utilize ERP software to manage inventory, track orders, and analyze purchasing trends.
Forecast demand and adjust purchasing strategies accordingly to minimize excess inventory.
Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best pricing and delivery terms.
Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues that may arise.
Prepare and present reports on purchasing activities and inventory status to management.
Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in production optimization and scheduling.
Strong proficiency in ERP software and other relevant tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
