We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Associate to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks related to the fabrication and assembly of products, ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the production process. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Payrates
Payrates would vary depending on the shift
We have 1st and 3rd shift
The payrate begins at $15.00 - $16.00 per hour on 1st
There is shift differential for 3rd shift that can increase the pay to $17.50

1st Mon-Fri 7:30am-4:15pm
Shift:
3rd Sun-Thru 7:30pm-04:15am
Possible OT depending on the departments needs.
Overtime is mandatory, it can be up to 12 hours.

Responsibilities
Operate machinery and equipment within the manufacturing facility, adhering to safety protocols.
Assemble components on the assembly line, ensuring precision and quality in every product.
Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for fabrication tasks.
Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report any malfunctions or issues to supervisors.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain workflow efficiency.
Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
Assist in the organization and cleanliness of the work area, promoting a safe working environment.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a factory, warehouse, or manufacturing facility is preferred.
Familiarity with assembly line processes and techniques.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
Experience operating forklifts is a plus but not required; training may be provided.
Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
