We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks within the manufacturing process, ensuring that products are produced efficiently and meet quality standards. Responsibilities
Operate machinery and equipment according to established guidelines and safety protocols.
Assemble products or components with precision and attention to detail.
Conduct quality checks on products to ensure compliance with specifications.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety regulations.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Perform other assigned tasks as assigned in a timely fashion.
Skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
Basic mechanical skills: experience with manufacturing equipment is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Good communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks as needed.
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production role is preferred but not required.
