Community Manager for a Manufactured Housing Community Group

Summary of Position:

Community Manager for 2 small manufactured home communities in and around Mt. Morris, IL. Must be a self-motivated employee that has great communication skills- as use of computer/e-mail will be a small part of the position. This position will be involved, on a daily basis, with sales and leasing. Bilingual Spanish and English preferred but not required.

Community Manager skills to be considered:

Valid driver's license.

High school diploma or GED.

Reliability.

Problem solver.

Being comfortable dealing with residents.

Makes daily assessment of the condition of the community and resolves maintenance and cleaning issues.

Collection for rent and make bank deposits.

. Touring prospects through homes that best fit their needs.

.Post and manage marketing campaigns and advertisements.

. Coordinating applicant approvals and closing efforts on sales and leasing deals.

Ensures rules and regulation are upheld.

2 years Manufactured Home experience required.

Background checks are taken.

Broad experience and knowledge of general maintenance techniques and repair work. Ability to interact with contractors and manage multi-faceted capitol expense projects with broad direction.
