Duties

Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties. Conduct market research to provide clients with accurate property valuations and insights. Develop marketing strategies to promote listings through various channels. Negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws and regulations to ensure compliance. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly. Organize property showings, open houses, and client meetings efficiently. Collaborate with other real estate professionals, including lenders, inspectors, and appraisers. Utilize bilingual or multilingual skills to assist diverse clientele effectively.

Requirements

Valid California real estate salesperson license in accordance with state regulations. Proven experience in real estate sales or related fields is preferred. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful transactions. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Familiarity with real estate law and regulations is essential. Proficiency in marketing techniques to attract potential buyers or sellers. Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple listings and client relationships effectively. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for serving a diverse client base. Previous experience in real estate administration is a plus.
