JOB SUMMARY

The Manager of Inpatient Rehab Services - Inpatient is responsible for the ongoing, effective operation of the department and rehabilitation services at Major Health Partners, and for the ongoing assessment and improvement of rehabilitation services including Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy. Such responsibilities encompass not only the internal functioning of the department, but also the integration of the department into the overall functioning of the organization. The manager is responsible for inpatient rehab staffing, maintaining regulatory standards for HFAP and professional practice acts, department budgeting, department policies, quality reports, process improvement, annual reviews, and direct patient care.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Professional & Technical Skills

Demonstrates leadership, management and communication skills.

Education

At least 3 years of progressive management experience in healthcare or a master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in healthcare or business administration.

License(s) or Certification(s)

Current licensure as a Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist in the State of Indiana, Current Basic Life Support/CPR Card.

Other Skills or Requirements

Skilled to Care for Certain Age-Related Patient Groups (incumbents will be skilled in the care of the following patient groups)
