Provide training and guidance on POS (Point of Sale) systems, cashiering, and cash handling procedures.
Maintain professional phone etiquette when interacting with customers and vendors.
Support and schedule team members.
Ensure compliance with all food safety protocols.
Foster a positive dining experience.
Proven supervising experience in a hospitality business environment.
Strong communication skills.
Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic retail math calculations
Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to build lasting relationships with patrons.
Experience in bartending highly beneficial or willingness to train.
Demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively while fostering a collaborative work environment.
Prior experience in food and beverage operation is highly desirable.
Clear background check with no felonies.
