Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Management Trainee. As a Management Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training and development to prepare you for a successful career with VDO. This position offers a unique opportunity to learn various aspects of the business and gain hands-on experience in sales management, customer service, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily operations of the store under the guidance of experienced managers
- Learn and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and achieve targets
- Operate cash registers and ensure accurate transactions
- Learn the production and Sorting aspect of our business
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Support the Store Manager in overseeing staff performance and scheduling
- Familiarize yourself with Point of Sale (POS) systems for efficient transactions
- Contribute to maintaining organizational standards and visual merchandising
- Price products accurately and ensure promotional displays are set up effectively

Skills:
- Strong aptitude for training development and willingness to learn new skills
- Previous experience or interest in sales management is a plus
- Proficiency in operating cash registers and handling financial transactions
- Knowledge of retail management practices and customer service principles
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
- Ability to organize stock efficiently and maintain inventory accuracy
- Experience as an Assistant Manager or similar role is advantageous
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems for smooth transaction processing
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail when pricing products accurately

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
