We are currently seeking the following in our Gulfport, MS Dealeship:

MANAGER TRAINEE

This position is involved in business decision making, strategic planning and sales growth and will involve learning various aspects of truck dealership operations. Opportunities for advancement may develop in any of our locations and you must be willing to relocate to any of our locations.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

Strong Analytical and Organizational Skills Reliably contribute to a positive work environment Exemplary communication skills, both written and oral Ability to travel as needed Consistently develop and implement improved processes Provide timely feedback to all members within the organization as well as external vendors and customers Provide hands on support to team members Proven ability to lead a team of people with different personalities and skillsets Intermediate to Advanced Knowledge of Excel Bachelor's Degree in Business Related Field
