We're seeking ambitious individuals ready to take their first step into a long-term career in marketing, sales, and account management. In this Manager Trainee position, you'll gain firsthand experience in every stage of the sales process- learning how to build client relationships, drive revenue, and support large-scale brand initiatives from the ground up.

What You'll Do as the Manager Trainee:

Engage with customers in person to share product knowledge, answer questions, and guide them through available sales options. Work alongside multiple departments and other Manager Trainees to ensure campaigns are executed to client standards and business goals are met. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Present product benefits clearly and confidently in both one-on-one and group settings. Follow a proven sales process to open new accounts and accurately record client details. Respond to inquiries, overcome objections, and finalize sales to meet or exceed established Manager Trainee targets.

What We're Looking For in our next Manager Trainee:

1-2 years of experience in sales, customer engagement, or a related business field preferred (but not required for the right candidate). High school diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus. Strong communication skills and a professional, approachable demeanor. Adaptability and problem-solving skills to thrive in a fast-paced setting. Goal-driven with the ability to manage multiple Manager Trainee tasks and priorities.
