Auto Loan Title Loans is seeking a motivated and results-driven

Store Manager in Training

to join our team. This position is designed for individuals who are looking to take on a leadership role and

manage a branch after a 1- 2 month training period

. The selected candidate will be trained at different locations to gain hands-on experience in

loan management, financial services, team leadership, and store operations.

Key Responsibilities

Store Operations Management:

Work closely with the

Store Manager and Regional Leaders

to learn all aspects of store operations, including lending, sales, and compliance.

Loan Approvals and Risk Management:

Assist in reviewing and approving loans in compliance with company policies and risk guidelines.

Staff Supervision and Development:

Support recruitment, training, and performance management to build a high-performing team.

Customer Service Excellence:

Maintain and enforce company standards for superior customer service and client relations.

Sales and Performance Goals:

Implement sales strategies and ensure that store performance targets are met.

Inventory and Loss Prevention:

Work with store personnel to ensure inventory accuracy and minimize losses.

Store Scheduling and Leadership Support:

Provide managerial support when the Store Manager is unavailable, including overseeing daily operations and decision-making.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Minimum 2 years of retail management or financial services experience

(experience in title loans, pawn, payday loans, debt collection, loan office, lending, or related fields preferred).

Strong leadership and decision-making skills

, with experience in hiring, coaching, staff development, and managing.

Understanding of financial reporting

, including profit and loss statements and revenue tracking.

Excellent customer service and sales management abilities.

Valid driver's license and proof of liability insurance.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. (

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
