Overview





The Manager, Supply Chain Applications (operations) plays a key role in supporting the Transformation in overseeing and managing multiple supply chain applications. Leveraging Palantir Foundry & AIP, your primary objective will be to maintain and administer supply chain data and applications on behalf of the supply chain teams. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive operational excellence while adhering to established processes and quality standards. The role will collaborate with both the franchisees and the business while working with technology development teams to deliver effective solutions.

Oversee day-to-day Supply Chain data health monitoring & applications governance activities. Investigate and resolve data-related issues promptly, working with IT and other relevant cross-functional teams. Ensure the ongoing maintenance and steady operations of critical Supply Chain and Subway restaurant applications, by collaborating with the Subway team and related Suppliers, Distributors, Logistics and Technology partners. Ensure all necessary documentation is distributed to ensure adequate communication with our Franchisees and internal business teams. Participate in strategic initiatives to support our business growth: this can include program management support and/or functional expertise in task forces, new Subway product launches and business transformations. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure successful execution of strategic technology application initiatives. Identify opportunities to improve application management end-to-end processes and implement best practices. Provide day to day guidance and support to a Data Analyst, including task management and performance feedback. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures in all application related activities.

Strong understanding of Supply Chain operations and related applications. Proven ability to manage multiple projects, resources and competing priorities. Continuous improvement - demonstrated ability to solve problems. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Experience in managing data analysts Strong strategic planning, analytical and problem-solving skills Demonstrated ability to produce & present project status (including reporting/dashboards) to all levels of the organization, including executive audiences. Proven success as an effective communicator throughout an organization and across multi-level personnel both internally and externally Solutions oriented, proactive, results driven leader that can work with little supervision Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and allocate resources effectively.

Qualifications and Experience





Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field is required, Master's degree is preferred Minimum of 5 years technical product management experience required General knowledge of the foodservice supply chain is a plus Experience working in Agile Scrum methodologies is a plus Advanced knowledge of Supply Chain Applications, Microsoft Excel and BI tools Experience with Palantir Foundry and AIP is a plus

Local domestic travel and international travel may be required up to 10%.

This is a full-time position. Standard office hours of Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST. This position may require additional work hours outside these work hours, including weekends to complete job requirements.
