Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for financial analysis? Join us as a Manager, Strategic Finance at Belong Health! In this critical role, you'll shape our financial strategy and operational excellence while partnering closely with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and strategic analysis. Your collaboration across multiple departments will help translate financial data into actionable insights and develop recommendations that drive decision-making and enhance business performance.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for Belong Health. Develop, maintain, and improve detailed financial models and scenario analysis to support strategic initiatives. Analyze monthly budget vs. actual performance, identify key drivers, and provide recommendations to leadership. Partner with business development, operations, and market teams to evaluate new market opportunities. Prepare financial and strategic materials for leadership, board, and investor presentations. Build and enhance reporting dashboards and financial tools to improve visibility and efficiency. Collaborate cross-functionally to support data-driven decision-making and long-term financial planning. Continuously improve financial processes, tools, and reporting systems to support scalability and transparency.

Required Professional Experience and Qualifications

4+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, private equity, investment banking, or management consulting. Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills with proficiency in Excel. Strong ability to communicate complex financial insights to non-financial stakeholders. Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis in high-growth environments. Proven business partnership skills with the ability to influence decision-making.

Education and Training

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration required.

Travel

This is a remote position that may require occasional travel (<10%) for meetings or business reviews.

Salary

$110,000-$140,000 + Target Bonus of 15%
