What You Will Learn:
As Manager of Sourcing, Packaging, you will have the opportunity to develop and execute the sourcing strategy of Packaging (Folding cartons, corrugate, labels and flexible laminates & pouches) for the North America Zone.
Your key responsibility will be to build the strategy on your categories under the WW frame, to drive our suppliers to support our key stakes and to follow the roadmap of implementation through operational project or animation of stakeholders, in accordance with the Group's Sourcing policies and strategies.
In this role, you will have a great diversity of activities and will have the opportunity to deal with various stakeholders, from L'Oreal experts to Divisions. You will work with suppliers and organization of the ecosystem from all around the world. You will be able to learn, build your expertise, develop your extended ecosystem and unleash your potential!
Your main missions will:

• Be the global sourcing expert on your categories: global market analysis, identification of internal experts and external ecosystems and knowledge capitalization on technologies

• Analysis of the needs on the category on the global level and for all brands of the Group, in collaboration with business teams and internal stakeholders
• Co build and validate the WW strategy on the category with close collaboration with the related WW & regional category managers, the business teams and the L'Oreal experts
• Ensure the strategy roll out through communication to stakeholders, key projects implementation
• Supplier Relationship Management over the global or strategic regional suppliers
• Animate the supplier relationship for the global suppliers: Target business development, improvement of the performance of the supplier (competitiveness, Supply, Quality, Sustainability, innovation)
• Contractualization the main agreements: Master agreement, commercial agreement
• Manage the risk on yoursuppliersportfolio
• Market opportunities: watch and catch innovations and opportunities on the supplier market or technologies with a strongvalue-addedpotential forL'Oreal, on sustainability, responsiveness and/or competitiveness, scout new suppliers to meet the needs of your category,
• Contribute to continuous improvement and budget yearly exercise

What We Are Looking For:
Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or greater in related discipline
• 7+years of experiencein Sourcing/Purchasing;preferable in the consumer goods industry
• 3-4+ years of experience inPackaging
• High degree of financial and analytical aptitude
• Self-starter with curiosity, strongnegotiationandinfluencingexperience
• Excellent communication skillswith ability to handle various situations, multiple priorities, changing business needs as well as the diverse culture within L'Oreal and the supplier community
• Exceptional computerskills includingMicrosoftWord, Excel,Outlook,andPowerPoint

Additional Benefits Information As Follows:
Salary Range: $107,600 - $153,300 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
